This is a perfect combination of fresh spices and fresh vegetables in aromatic rice. Biryani is one of the most popular Indian dishes that you would find in many restaurants. We have tweaked this recipe to make it healthier by adding goodness of seasonal vegetables and greens.
The fresh veggies like broccoli, carrots, potatoes, green peas, green beans are sautéd in olive oil with our secret spices. We use Basmati rice which brings in the mouth-watering aroma and beautiful texture to the biryani
It is served with a yumm yogurt dip with carrots & cilantro also known as raita. It is a balanced meal with the antioxidants and vitamins from fresh vegetables, protein & calcium from fresh yogurt.
